1. Gallery Purchases & Direct Sales

All transactions, inventory checkout processing, and invoicing initiated on taglito.com are securely handled through verified merchant processors. Item availability is subject to change. In the event that a unique, singular item is purchased simultaneously by two buyers, TAGLITO reserves the right to cancel the secondary transaction and issue a full, immediate refund.

2. Item Descriptions, Attributions & Authenticity

TAGLITO specializes in fine art, historic Native American pottery and jewelry, sculptures, and rare historical ephemera. Every item is curated and described with rigorous historical context. All attributions, era dates, signatures, and material details are determined to the best of our professional expertise. Physical condition reports are provided for every item, and minor surface wear consistent with historical age should be expected by the collector.

3. Shipping, Logistics & Private Insurance

Due to the high-value, investment-grade nature of our inventory, all items are shipped fully insured via specialized carriers. A physical signature is strictly required upon delivery. Shipping and handling fees will be clearly itemized at checkout. 4. Returns & Refund Windows

To provide absolute buying confidence while protecting the integrity of one-of-a-kind historic objects, TAGLITO offers a strict, conditional return policy. The buyer must notify TAGLITO via info@taglito.com within three (3) calendar days of the documented delivery date to qualify for a return. Once approved, the item must be shipped back and received by our gallery within seven (7) calendar days of the original delivery date. The buyer assumes all responsibility for return freight costs, and the item must be returned in its exact original condition, utilizing identical high-security shipping insurance. All sales are final after three days if no notification is received.
